Should you import your tracks through file then stroll down to import audio or go through the window>workspace section? and one more thing, If I do use the import audio upload, when I convert a track, It has Apply SRC. I never check that box but what does that mean?

I don't think there's any difference between the two methods - just a question of preference. The workspace window also does a LOT more than just doing imports!

SRC stands for Sample Rate Conversion. You would need to do this if your audio file is at a different sample rate than the destination session file.

The workspace has some advantages.. primarily in my case.. you can assign elastic audio functions to autmatically enable the track accordingly when you drop a file in.. it also will constrain to the tempo of the session that way. Helps my workflo..
