I have a nice soundcard : delta 96_124. I can't make a complaint about it.
I working with Sound Forge 7 and wavelab on audio restoration enviroment.
when I working in some tune, it sound great after my job on it.
I check one and another time on sound forge or wave lab and it still sound great, but when put it on cd architec in order to make the cd according my customer, the sound isn't the same.
The tune become, weak, no punch, no fat, I mean, diferent.
I took the same tune and play it in sound forge or wave lab and I get the healthy great sound like before Cd architec.
somebody can help me?
what's going on in my system?
thanks a lot

You're doing something wrong.... I use both Sound Forge and CD Architect together and there's no change in sound quality.

Maybe you've inadvertently enabled a plug-in on the master buss insert.......

i agree, CD architect must not be the problem.
check your bit depths, check your CD-r media. check the system you're playing it back on (EQ on the system, etc.)...

It could sound like that if your output levels are different between your CD output and your wav file outputs. Try importing a song from a commercial CD. Then compare the wav file with the CD itself in the same way you were comparing your own work (MUST use the same settings etc...). Then try reburning one of those commercial songs and using the new CDR to compare with.

thanks a lot

thanks a lot. you guys.
I checked the whole system and I found some wrong things.
(different output levels to nearfield monitors, some undesirables setting in the EQs ..... etc)
I fixed and I got back my clean sound , even on cdrachitec.
Thanks a Lot!!!!!!!!!
