Aardvark Q10 with Pro Tools LE?

Not to sound like a newb, but is there, would there ever be a way to use Pro Tools software with other audio interfaces(like the aardvark line)?
 
I dont think there is much chance of that, opposed to the opposite, using Digidesign interfaces with other software such as sonar and cubase - Sonar has annouced its going to support the Digi-001.

Its a shame, one day Digidesign might see the light and try and crawl out of the apparent hole they are digging themselves into by not supporting interfaces outside there own. Plugins too
