Aardvark Audio - going down the drain??

I've heard from several people that Aardvark may have gone bankrupt or something. I havn't read anything about it anywhere...

anyone know anything about this?

Additionally, why does their email addresses givin on their website not work?? Its impossible to get in contact with people there. I just have a question about the Q10 tech issues with my comp! haha.

I have some threads on this over at the Cakewalk.com forums. Long story short: Looks like they're toast.

Are you serious?? That sucks if its true... I've really enjoyed my 24/96 and I JUST purchased a Q10.

Great products they are.

Yeah, I love my DP 2496 too... I sent a few emails to them more than a week ago and have been unable to contact them via phone for several weeks (I was trying to help a friend out with his Q10 and Sonar 4). The emails were returned as non-deliverable, no one answers their phones at Aardvark, and their voicemail boxes are full, so you cannot leave a message. Bunk, total bunk... :mad:

I hope that someone buys them out to continue driver support, which may turn out to be a blessing in disguise, as Aardvark was never really fast with driver updates and such. :rolleyes:

ugh, this would explain why my countless calls and emails go without reply and that the voicemail and email boxes come back as full on a regular basis.

I'm not happy at all considering I just got a Q10 with a defective monitor jack.
 
I know this thread is a month old but does anyone know what happened to Aardvark??? Tried to call them a couple of minutes ago but get the "this number has been disconnected, no further information available" message. Damn I hope they didn't go under. I love my Q10 and was looking to buy another one early next year!!!!!!! I guess it's good I already had the XP driver downloaded since I'll be loading it after finishing the current project.

I have heard nothing else. They obivoulsy must no longer be a company, because of all the signs here...ha.

BUT, the question is next i think, is anyone going to buy them/take them over? What about support? etc?
 
Good riddance IMO. that company, and product sucked. Move on..
