*.a1v files for Yamaha W7... WHAT´S this?

Hi!

I´m owner of a Yamaha W7 synth since 7 years ago, and NOW I have discovered... that I´m not the only user of it all around the world! Well, I´ve found today several websites where I´ve downloaded from some a1v files. Well, my question is:

What can I do with these files?
Should I put them in a floppy and after insert the floppy into W7´s drive?

If any of you has worked with these machines before, please, tell me!

Have not worked with W7 but with SY85 and remember that it had the same type of files.
You should use DD disks or in worst case HD disks formatted to 720kb.

I´ve tried it and it works!!! Great! So at the moment I won´t throw my synth over the window

Now I´ve got the pervert idea of "what happens if I use archives from another synths??"
