My best friend passed away yesterday. A gentleman named Dave Agnew. A professional musician and my friend. I've logged more time in front of an audience and a microphone with this gentleman than any other human. When we first got together, he was involved with a group at the VA comprised of other Vietnam Vets. Part aof a thing they did as a group was to try to write down their experience as poetry. That's where I got involved. This is one of many tunes I did with the Vets and my friend. Drums and bass and lyrics are all by guys that where in the field. I was not. Still I'm proud I was able to help my friends shoehorn their words into songs.
