A song for your pleasure

Hi

I'm new here and would like to show you my latest track.
The song is called "When the dawn breaks". My first intention was to make a trance track (a new genre to me, as composer) but then the song became the master and "forced" me to use some saxophones. Well, the final result became something, I believe, original or, at least, uncommon.
It was made only using a computer with Cubase SX3 and some VSTi's like
M42 Nebula, VStation, Slayer, etc.
About the mix...It was mixed also using Cubase with a pair of Behringer B2030A monitors in my living room.

Its a good club record. Some of the midi saxophone sounds are a bit dated though. The rest of the track sounds fine. Im never really a fan of midi sounds though.

"Q. What happens when dawn break? A. You get a dirty finger" was a popular little joke down here for about 30 years as Dawn was a very popular brand of toilet paper.
The midi saxes aren't great - I 'd be tempted to use somthing completely synthetic. Otherwise very up & dancey after the intro.
