I hope you really meant "learning" it, and not "leaning on it" - LCD's don't like pressure on the face. Otherwise, if the LCD isn't totally dead, maybe one of the connections came loose inside.
If the LCD is completely dead, and not just parts of it, you may have lost an internal fuse or a power supply wire.
I've not been into or even really close to an 01V, but if it's not too hard to get the top off it might be worth looking just to see if anything is obviously dis-connected around the display. If you do this, take complete notes about everything you remove and how, where, etc, being careful to look inside with as little movement of the cover as possible just in case there are parts that are only held in place by the cover.
If the unit is still in warranty, don't take it apart at all. If you're the least bit doubtful of your abilities, don't take it apart at all. In fact, unless you're me, take it to the nearest AUTHORIZED repair facility and have them look at it.
Come to think of it, I doubt if even I'd look very deep into it, and I've been repairing electronic gear for 38 years... :=) Steve
(seriously, you can end up with a bucket full of useless parts if you don't have the experience - better take it to a pro...)
