hey guys I got a new soundcard AUDIOPHILE 2496 and I want to get Studio active monitors, HOW will I connect them to my soundcard? my card has 2 RCA outputs (red, white) like a regular home stereo system...

I'm assuming those 2 RCA outs are the main outs for the monitors. You can buy adapters relatively cheap to convert from RCA to 1/4". You can pick them up quickly at (don't repeat this) Radio Shack. Do you have a set of active monitors yet?

Most active monitors are going to have unbalanced 1/4" ins, so this here would be your best bet:

The cable is just a 1/4" jack on one side and an RCA on the other. You can buy them in 3.3 Ft, 6.6 Ft, 9.9 Ft, and 13.2 Ft sizes.
