thanks but its not an abuse yet, according to the Police guy that comes around my high school and lectures us on drugs and alcohol. on his scale im just classified as 'user' not an 'abuser'.

btw, i havent for 32 days. im in a state of depression recently that causes me to object to everything that i usually do. for some reason, time that is spent on music and recording increases during these times.

still the 58's would make killer sticks!

Yet to hear anyone actually drum with the mics...(backs away from the plate).

One of my favorites, for sure.

Well, that's cool. We agree on something!!! Anything this whacky can entertain just about anyone.

What say you, Incanus? Ready to try recording with a pair of 58s? We've got 'em. I dunno about the kick drum mic though. I'm not chancing our D112. How about taping another 58 to my shoe?

Absolutely!! Now would be the time--before we replace all the drums heads. Yes, and we should try something on the kick drum that is in keeping with the spirit of the original idea. Wouldn't it be cool if we could somehow replace the beater and the shaft with a 58? You know, like if we could clamp a 58 to the kick pedal where the metal beater shaft normally goes. Other than that, we'll just have to tape it to your foot, but good luck with some of those Bonham kick parts or anything like.
