It appears your post has gone a little unnoticed, so I'll try my best.
I imagine no one else has chose to answer your question, because it isn't very clear what you want to do. CEP comes with a mixer- Go to View-->Mixers Window, or hit ALT+2. You can also adjust the volume of each track in the menu with the track info-panning, Eq, etc...
If you want an outboard (hardware) mixer, none are more designed for a specific soft program than any other. Check out the Newbie section, or the Mixing/Mastering section for advice.
