I listened to your clip........

Not too bad at all... you've got a bit too much sibilance on the vocal after the vibe kicks-in.

That main keyboard part seems too muddy -- needs some sweetening....

That occasional snare sound sounds pretty canned -- needs some oomph....

On an arrangement note - it's a bit sparse and too repetitive. Sparseness works but there still has to be some kind of dynamic build up...

Overall not a bad effort -- your tracks could use more air and better definition but you're on the right track....

Sorry if I sounded harsh...I was just a bit pissed that you posted links to your song all over the BBS after I explained to you in another thread that the "mp3 mixing clinic" was the forum to post in. It seemed to me you were doing it on purpose, which is why I called you a spammer.

thank you for being cool about it...i listened to the piece again with the things you suggested in mind and appreciate your feedback... i just started mixing pieces a year ago..that is what i want to specialize in...i love writing songs, but my heart is in sound...i am going to train to be a sound/mixing engineer in a month...thanks again
