This isn't the right forum, there's the Mp3 mixing clinic for submitting mp3's...
And you can't "post" an mp3 on this BBS, you can only post a link to the site which hosts your mp3 (your homepage, nowhereradio, mp3.com....)

Under "Special forums" right after to "Visitors Feedback"....See it??? There you go! 
You'll still need a website to host your mp3. if you don't know how/where do a search on "hosting", it's been discussed quite a lot already
