A/D converter with Adat?

What do you think would be the best solution for a Digi 001 or 002 to us the Adat as well. I've seen the Digimax which sounds pretty good but I want to know of some other suggestions. I konw the Digimax has pre's on it too, which would be good in my case but with or without I would like to see more options. Thanks.

take a look at this unit. dirt cheap. It has 2 tube pre's, output protection limiter, inserts on each channel, onboard A/D converter to S/PDIF, sampling rate from 44.1 to 96k, word clock, ADAT, etc. etc.

hey thanks, but I'm looking for something that would have 8 converters to go out adat. any other suggestions.
