8330 Synchro card for the G24S

I have moved over to the digital world of recording and need to dump all my tape recordings onto the PC. I am looking for the Synchro card 8330 for the G24S. If anyone knows where I can get this card or another way for me to SMPTE up my tape machine with my PC that would be great help.
