For couple months, I tried toplay the rhythm/chord part of the 80s Synth Pop music, (You can hear what i mean in the link with 3 short clips from songs), I even tried to do it in step recording, and can never achieve that synth rhythm chord part... it seems like there is like a triplet roll that a pause that 1/8 regular upbeat or something in half bar... (were they playing it or using an arpegiator?) if anyone knows how to do that synth chord part, and can show it to me in piano roll...

Here is an mp3 file where i ripped 3 seggments from 3 songs, which have that chord arpeggio: http://www.momoshare.com/file.php?file=fedabd5c3caa42a2805ceabed7b767a1

I think you're over-thinking this.
The first one is just a simple sixteenth note rhythm followed by two short eighth notes. Beat one is just four sixteenths, beat two is two eighths...then repeat. At least that's with the first song. There probably is some sort of fast release/decay times in there on the synth too

The second song is just an offbeat rhythm. Souds like two eighths on the off beat, followed by two sixteenths (still on the off beat), then one more eighth to round off the measure (again on the off beat)

The third song is just all short, off beats.
