703 Foil Backing Against Wall?

Hi all,
I've searched around but haven't been able to find a clear answer to this question:
I'm building corner bass traps with 3" sheets of 703 that has foil backing (all that was available) and I'd like to avoid the mess of trying to remove the foil from every panel - would facing the foil side toward the wall be essentially the same as removing it altogether? Or, another way of asking, would higher frequencies be sufficiently absorbed by the time they reached the foil to be negligible?
I basically would like the panels to be more broadband than exposed foil-on-the-front panels would be.

I've read if you face the foil outward toward the room, it is effective for bass traps, but the foil will also reflect the highs. So at your first reflection points, don't put the foil side out. Have you tried taking the foil off yet? I've heard other people say it's quite easy.
 
Thanks kno1ills - ya I could peel it off if necessary, I was just trying to save the mess (and keep it on just in case for future uses).
These will be corner mounted traps, so mostly for low end absorption... if it makes a difference I will peel it off, but if there's no noticable change in treatment quality with the foil facing the corner, then I will leave it on.
I can't really see it making a huge difference, aside from possibly reducing the HF absorption?

Traps mounted straddling a corner benefit from the paper / foil facing. You can see a comparison of three densities of rigid fiberglass with and without the facing in my Density Report. It's clear that the faced versions absorb more bass than the plain type.

What if you have the foil on the back of the panel?
