Got some 661 (s) from Q direct.
OK, so here it goes.
It IS N.O.S.
All 7 inch reels are year 2004.
All 5 inch reels are from even deepper in the history - year 2003.
Well, at least these are this century tapes ..heh heh
5"s are damn cool looking though on my tube ampex (six hole platic reels). 1800', at 3-3/4 ips it is perfect for recording Art Bell shows on sunday nights and archiving them for future alien invasions.

Yes that is a Bird watt meter for checking standing wave ratio and power output of a transmitter and the match between the antenna and transmitter
Its one of the best for watt meters.
