60 Hz Hum and Breakout Box

Picked up the M Audio Delta 66. Good card, but have a problem with 60 Hz hum when using the breakout box. Have extended the joystick cable, but have run it separate from other cables, even ran a separate 10g wire to bond the PC case and the mixer together. Running +4 input, also, but still hear detectable hum. Anyone run into this prob??
