5' x 5' Booth?! Help?

I just got my own apartment and i have a walk in closet that is about 5' x 5' and i intend to make that the booth... i plan on taking the door off the hinges and putting a better one on there...

1) Should i Make the rOOm airtight?
2) What should i use to soundproof the room/closet
3) what do i use to let the cables into the booth without going through the wall? (do i cut a square off the door bottom? )

And what else should i be thinking about here

Breathing. It you make it "soundproof, you also make it "airproof". Think ventilation, although doing ANYTHING to an apartment other than hanging pictures can be hazardous to your rental agreement. Usually. Do a search on booths. There are lots of suggestions already written.
