I am back with a new track, but I almost don't dare to post it.... The last time I posted a very untight played track so I got pinned down and ppl threw rotten fruit to my head :D

This time I hope I did better but again there are some untight parts in it... Let me explain this: Ofcourse I want to do it better but I have to record to the MK-II and then throw it to the computer... My problem is that I often notice the untight parts when it is already on my computer and it just would be an enormous job to replay only those parts, so I keep it that way....

Anyway, please listen to "Balance" and if it still not worthy to be listened then please tell me.... But I'm sure I can get tips on other things as well. I did everything so I'd like to get some comment on everything: Playing (guitars and vocals), drums were made on computer, the recording, and the mastering

greetings & thanks a lot for listening if you do :)

Well let me be the first in line :)
oh yes - there sure is untight places, now that is said, let me be a little positive
The main guitar riff is totally cool and well sounding, like the vocals too, you've got a good voice, it's rather dry though - try adding a reverb ( about 0,8-1,2 sec ) or a 20/40msec dly. I dig that "rev verb" effect on the vocal. The snare and the bassdrum is very absent, or the ride is very much in front, lower the ride and raise the whole drum track. I like the bongos but the solo is a bit too long for my taste.
I guess this track is more about expressing a feeling than to make people go "WOW" on hi fidelity and slick playing, it sure made me in a special mood
keep tracking dude

Pretty damn good!!!

Well, at the moment I've listened to almost the whole piece, which must mean I like it, or at least am not repelled....I like the solid continual beat just pulling it along...vocals are good too, i like the flavor of the piece overall...

what drugs were you on? (not saying it's bad...just curious)
