424mk3 with reel to reel

I was wondering if it could be possible to use a reel to reel recorder along with a the 424 mk3 together? i was thinking about bouncing a few tracks into the reel from the 424, and then sending it back into the 424. Would bouncing into the reel be better than into a ok cassette rack?Thanks for your time

Bouncing to a reel to reel will always be better than bouncing to cassette.

DAT would be even better.
