4 in 4 out soundcard needed

I'm looking to have a separate mastering station... I currently have an extra computer (Dell 80 gig) and I have an extra mixer... I will probably need a 4 in 4 out soundcard... nothing too highend or special but I'd rather not have a PCI card perferably a USB connection... any suggestions? I was looking at the M-Audio Quatro but is that only for midi? and will I need the Omni I/O breakout box or does it come with it?

if you're going to be using all 4 ins at the same time, some would argue that a usb might be a little slow for that......why not pci? the delta 44 is pretty sweet for the price
