Hey folks,
Relatively new poster here, wondering if someone can help out with a question. I've been devouring lots of information recently on room treatment, speaker placement, etc but I can't seem to figure this out:
Should I or should I not include my closet when measuring my mixing room? (About 15' in length up to the closet)
It's at the back wall, 2 feet deep and it takes up the entire width of the room (about 10 feet). It has a concrete wall behind it. The walls are standard drywall and the double doors are that cheap hollow plywood kind. There are many guitar cases, suitcases, records, books and CD's in there. Also a huge Gibson Titan amp. So it's packed with stuff I hope is eating up some bass.
I've done some preliminary room tests with Ethan's Sonar project (the man is a saint) and just want to get a more precise idea of where my 38% is.
Thanks in advance!
