34B Rewind Issue

I have a 34B in good condition. Everything works. The issue I have is on High speed rewind it will sometimes reverse itself without any input from me.
Anyone know what might cause that issue?

I solved my own issue. Somehow the Zero Return Button got depressed. I didn't notice as I never use it.
 
Imagine that. There are lots of people that say the right reel motor is not working on Otari MX5050 and I tell them and take the Edit switch off and that fixes it in a lot of cases.
