that looks like a cool edit/adobe audition question. I seem to remember seeing those values in the recording device setup screen a long time ago. Maybe try that forum if it is.

they are two different bit rates for recording with wav files. i record in 24 bit, but i'm not sure about the others.

i'd say 24 bit and 16 bit.
