Here is my question...
If I record in only 24/44.1 will there be any difference in sound quality of the two cards?
I just bought a G5 and I have to upgrade the PCI-324 to a PCI-424 (G5 version) I was thinkin just buy a used MKIII (if the converters are indeed that much better) or just do the whole 'exchange my PCI 324 to a 424 from MOTU' thang.
