I'm not completely feeling that $200 is a good price - it's certainly cheaper than the normal $300. But if you've been looking, looks like today's the day.
You'll find a fair amount of ambivalence around here with regard to the KSM27. I have one that I bought broken and then I fixed it, with help and kindness from Shure, for about $35 in parts, and I haven't used it much. It sounds pretty good in my brief tests. Those with more experience have said it's rarely the best vocal mic, but can be good on acoustic guitars.
