Hi All! - Been awhile - I hope I'm in the right place here: In 2002 I finished a fully-produced 10 song CD of my Original rock ballads - fully-packaged, mastered in Gem cases (Pressed - not CDRs) - just like professional bands - Well - I had a few on the internet, CDbaby, and in 2 stores in L.A. for awhile - selling slowwww of course (no promotion money Darn it!!) And the other 200 or so CDs sit and sit in my closet. Lol Anybody have any GOOD IDEAS what to do with these CDs - besides tossing them or giving them to a thrift shop - They are good songs with full-band tracks (if I don't say so myself! -sorry modest) - Thank you!!! I would love to sell em or gve em to a GOOD cause but it is just not happening.:) Dave Vincent "Love Letters from the Brink"

I dunno- is the music any good? That's a serious question- some very good music just languishes, sometimes... If the music IS good, post a link to one or two songs here, some of us might spring for one of the copies.

Are you still playing those songs? Busking or such? I heard a feature on NPR, about buskers who sold their CD's on a pay-what-you-will basis. Seriously, someone could have a copy for, say, 25 cents if they wanted. Turned out, the average take was about $10 to $15 each. Not bad at all.
