20 Year old tapes pulled out of storage.

I was going through a bunch of 20 year old tapes that have been in storage. Hours of playing that I don't even remember recording. Most of it I'm still trying to figure out what the heck I was thinking and doing at the time.

This is a little sample done back in 1986 or so when I was 15 and had only been playing for about 3 years. I was using a Fostex X-30, $50 acoustic, and a Radio Shack mic.

Kind of cool to look back and hear how much I've (hopefully) progressed.

Pretty neat for somethign 20 years old. it must be pretty cool for you. I can't imagine what i'll think of the stuff I am doing now in 20 years.

My style of playing has changed so much so that what I've listened to does not even sound like me. I used to be into hardcore, metal, punk, and the like.

The playing is really rough. However,...if this is from 3 years of playing 20 years ago,..I would really like to hear what youre up to now.

I have all my old tapes as well,..but I listen to 'em all the time. No surprises. ha ha ha

I just got a DAW together, so I'm still trying to figure everything out. Need a new mic and a new guitar, I'm still using the $50 acoustic.

I've got a few things going so I'll post something else soon.
