20' Ceiling and Tile

Well, the good thing is I have this big empty room that I can use to record in. It's got glass French doors into my control room, but the whole house is tile and the ceilings in the big room are 20 feet. It sounds like something between a bathroom and a basket ball gym. Where do I start? I want to use it for a drum room. I can make and hang panels, but major construction is not an option.
 
Thanks John, that looks doable. Are there any concerns about the ceiling height? You sound like you know what you're talking about. The room is17.5' X 15'. 3 of the walls have a soffitt at 10' that extends 4' into the room on one wall and 3' on the other. The 3rd soffitt is about 1'x1', like a plant shelf. The 4th wall is a solid bannister to an upstairs hallway. I'm not concerned about leakage into other rooms (except my control room) just acoustical treatment to make it sound good. Thanks again.
