1. How do you attach a photo to a post that shows up in the post. I mean not als a link, but as an actual image.

2. What the hell means LOL. I've tried to figure that out for weeks now. Lots of Lollies ?

3. Why can't I count ?

It looks like the way they've set up the forums here, you can't do the image thing. :(

LOL = laughing out loud.

Cheers.

Well I see people ( I guess they're people) do the picture thing all the time here.

The picture you want to show must be available on the internet somewhere; HomeRec doesn't store it for you.

If that's the case, then all you need to do is surround the URL to the graphic with the vB IMG tags. There's a handy button above to do this for you. Click on the IMG button and you get a little dialog box. Type your picture's URL into this dialog box and click OK. The URL surrounded by the vB tags will be inserted at the end of your message box. When you submit the message to post it, it will then show the image in place when someone looks at the thread (unless, of course, the URL you entered is wrong).

What's vB code, you ask?

"vB code is a set of tags based on the HTML language that you may already be familiar with. They allow you to add formatting to your messages in the same way as HTML does, but have a simpler syntax and will never break the layout of the pages you are viewing."

Does VB stand for vBulletin (the name of this software) or for Visual Basic? Or anything else?

vBulletin. It's got nothing to do with Visual Basic.
