I have a stereo track and I don't know how to set 2 diffrent tracks in it for R and L. I'm in cubase SX.

For input on a stereo track, you need to send a L & R signal together on the input buss (otherwise why bother using a stereo track)....
Most cases, I'd go with 2 mono tracks and pan them anyways - more flexibility.
