OK...I know this should probably go in the clinic, but I don't think anyone would listen. Here is a straight up classical recording which we don't get too many of around here.
There are 2 603's on a Stienway piano in a recital hall, and a v67 on trumpet. I really think this clip sounds good. I heard a professional recording of this same peice and my results are very similar, though mine has little more 'verb.
I just wanted to post this clip to show how versatile our favorite little budget mics can be. Thanks so much to Harvey and all of you for the heads up on these great mics.
I know the trumpet goes out of tune a bit and stuff, but try to listen to the quality of the recording and and not the playing.
Signal chain is mic -> Aardvark q10 -> cool edit pro 2 - (waves Rverb added)
quality is 24bit - 44.1khz
