I just bought a guitar identical to this for $40.00. Mine is not in this condition and I'm restoring it (started last night). The previous owner repainted it and masked his name into it and botched the whole job but the guitar is original and complete.
Stupid me, I should have taken a picture before dismantling and stripping it.
Anybody know anything about these guitars? I did put a set of strings on it and played it a bit before I started the work. It sounds very unique and has some very interesting and well designed hardware, bridge, whammy bar, etc.
