I would like to talk about how the sound reaching each mic and how
it adds and subtracks the source reaching each mic at different
times what actually is going on here. Its more of a acoustic theory about
how waves reach the mics at different times and causing a phasing
and flangering effect in a room recording a guitar with one amp
with 15 mics at different heights and positions, and Y and X axis and
distances what is happening here?

This comes under the category "Audio Basics"

The best help you can get will be to READ THE MANUALS for your equipment, then go to the links at www.Soundcraft.com I gave you earlier and READ THE MATERIAL THERE.

Then go to http://www.prosoundweb.com/
Enter the study hall, and READ THROUGH THE ARTICLES in "Audio Basics" and "Recording"

That way you'll learn the terminology, have most of your questions answered, and have the vocabulary you need to post further questions in clear and unambiguous language.

Yes but the comb filters are added in the air the waves in the air

what other things are going on in the air with waves adding and subtracking?

Hello, Walters.

Ed Rei here.

Say, you sound like a pretty bright fella, there. You know, this reminds of the time I was umping some amateur baseball. Anyway, I made a questionable call, and the visiting team all got together and stuffed hotdogs in my mask and gave me a swirly after the game and uh. uh. yea. Anyway I digress.

Trust me, Walters, I've been doing this stuff since 87, and I can tell you right now: It's all in picking hand motion. Forget the fingerings. It's all in the strumming.

I hope that was some help. If not, I hope you can come check out my mixing thread entitled Ed's tips for mixing.

Happy Recording!

.

I maintain that he didn't.
So since you know what you think lofi is, I move that first you should define lofi.
Fair enough?
