i'm finding myself in somewhat of a dilemma lately, as well...
my parker first had 9's on it...and i played it for a few hours with them, and it wasn't bad, but 9's are SO light to me. so, i went out and got a pack of my crazy d'addario EJ21's (the 12 gauge with the wound G) and i thought it was good, but now i couldn't tear it up with crazy solos and bends as well lol....so i went and got a set of ernie ball super slinky 10's, and i've had them on for the 2 weeks i've had her.
but, idk...being able to solo and bend is great and everything, but i love the stability and overall thickness of the 12's. so it's like, i've got to compromise having more flexibility over leads in order to get a better rhythm tone it seems...i'm still unsure as to what route to take with my new parker! haha
