That I have zero talent
I started one at 6:36pm tonite... t'was a song that I'd recorded many years back on 4-track... doing it from memory... man, the damn drums were more complex than I remembered... took 45 minutes just to get the main pattern edited into L4, copied, and pasted... still left drum holes
I did manage to record the bassline... but only up to the where the third pattern was...
Damn... I'm gonna do this; and do something freeform/less complex this time. Could be doing it tomorrow (or tonite, if sleep evades me)

WOW, this 1.5 thing is awe-inspiring! Almost like 'Davemania' all over again,...
but even better. Haha.
I'm really inspired and in awe about everyone who participated in the 1.5 challenge. I'm gonna try to participate, but I'll have to work up some idea or another, tbd. I need to solidify an idea and work up my chops.
The number of 1.5 songs submitted is amazing, and I'm a bit reluctant to listen to any of them until I've had some time to come up with my own number.
At first I thought 'too short time/too many rules', like one of the above posters, and I'm still not sure if I can do an entire production in 1.5 hours. That's pushing it for me. We'll see, & I'll keep you posted.
Anyway, what it proves I'm not sure, but it's a great idea, and a fun project that lots of people are participating in, and that's exciting in itself. Thanx to VOX for that. Thanx Vox.
