(1.5) recording...me and my daughter

Flame me all ya want, but my daughter's going back to school this evening and she might look at this thread:) . Pretty simple tune recorded in less than an hour, a song I had wrote awile back in hopes of her singing with me...be gentle:D The song is called "Our Souls can fly" http://www.nowhereradio.com/david/singles

dang brutha, this is serious. This one needed to come on out instead of laying around in the back of your head. I really am torn up with the verb you used. This baby of yours needs kissing on the forehead , which I`m sure she gets :) Loved the voices!!
 
Sweet vocals. Wow, nice stuff. I agree with the guitar sound being great too.

Sounds like this was tracked w/an RNP... acoustic guitar thru mine sounds quite similar... even the circuit noise... (though not as well played)... vocals sound great... nice octaves. This is the type of song you sell to Nashville, or a bigtime solo artist for a nice duet. Can imagine an ice skating pair doing their skating thing to this song...

Very nice job, especially for the short time limit.

You & chrisharris must share a similar plane of existence or something... as well as talented daughters.

This is great David.Both of your vocals are really good.Are you sure you're not David Huff?LOL.I think he lives in misssissippi too...he fronts a band called David and the Giants.You sound a little like him on this tune.

My daughter sings too. She's two. I've got a recording of her singing "Twinkle Twinkle..." That took me about an hour and a half :D Maybe I'll post it some time just for proud papa bragging :D

Outstanding job. Beautiful song. You two sing well together. Man your daughter has a great voice and it will only get better. Your also a good singer. I wanna be able to sing well when I grow up... The acoustic and bass sounded good as well.
