The first time I watched I didn't even noticed the subtitles. The second time, I read them. I'm even more confused now.

They're taking the piss. It's pretty interesting how they've bent the genre. The Japanese metal pop that I've seen does some interesting things. There's something about metal that the Japanese can get behind.

Something more typical of J-pop would be:



Relentless cutsie pie stuff, but I'd rather watch this video than a lot of videos from the west, most of which I find boring and sucky.
