Digitech JamMan Stereo JML2 - switch swap...anyone else thought about doing this?

I'm no tech, but I thought I'd post here to see if anyone else had dealt with this, or even thought about it. I'm not a fan of the switches they use on the JamMan Stereo JML2. When used for live looping, it can create some timing issues. The older style JamMan used similar switches to the Boss RC-2/RC-3 and RC-20/RC-30 that were easier to trigger.

Anybody ever thought about swapping these to another type of momentary switch?
Is it possible?

I'm going to assume that, after 223 views, it hasn't really been much of an issue.
No worries. Managed to locate an older JamMan on GS, one that's suited for live recording/playback use. This one will be used for live playback of rhythm tracks.

Meh. Who really is? :P
I found an older JamMan (double pedal) similar to the Boss RC-20 for live work.
The JML2 is a great design, and I even found a workaround for being able to save on the fly.
It's still going to be on playback duty, though.
