    Cool Edit and Presonus Firestudio

When my old Layla expired, I bought the Firestudio because it seemed to have everything I needed -- a bunch of mice pres, a front panel nutrik interface, etc. When I want to set up a multi-track session, I can't get the presonus to interface with more than one input -- the drop down list only...

    Email a CD track

I want a friend to listen to a commercial CD track and analyze it for me. Every time I try to "attach" the CD track, he seems to get only the "header" of the CD but not the actual music. Am I missing something? Do I have to get the CD into a different format to email it as an attachment?

    Two sound cards?

Can a computer (PII, 350Hz, 128 RAM)use two sound cards? One of the programs I use prefers a Sound Blaster card. I have a 20 bit Layla. Since the Layla is a "better" card than any SB care, shouldn't it work? If I installed a SB card would I get in trouble?
