whats the quality difference between an akg c1000 and the c3000, rating both on a scale of 1 to ten of 1 to a hundred

well the sm57 is a dynamic mic and you said in your other posts that since there is no electrical components there is no signal to noise ratio.... only condenser mics have that... could you clarify

usually i see only one number but on the audix site the had two 84/66 as the signal to noise ratio, im guessing that the second number is what i would use to compare it to other mics that only list one number... though a lot of mics have no data on this at all... any way any ideas?

well shure doesnt even list the signal to noise ratio of the sm57 or 58, do you know a benchmarking site that does, or what signal to noise ratio have you calculated for them and how do they compare to the akg 1000s... any other advice of a low signal to noise ratio affordable mic, under 100...

i want the best cheap mic i can find, i dont care about durability, only frequency response and signal to noise ratio id rather it have a native 1/4 or 1/8 connector since i dont want to buy and xlr adapter... i plan to use it though a guitar multi fx unit like the boss gt 3... that way i dont...
