Midi or mp3 would be fine.....My sound card currently is a SB64AWE w/ a nice souunding synth so midi files would be the easiest for transfers...but if you did not like the sounds, you could send the mp3 that you generate and I can convert to wavs and import...I use Cakewalk Home Studio...
