yah the foldback was turned down and it wasnt recorded as loud but when i took it home and put it onto cakewalk gt pro it was really loud especially compared to my guitar tracks but i soon normalised that at it was fine Am i missing something here?

Ok so if you record drums with 2 or more mics chances are you will get spill, Ensure good mic position and keep this to a minimum. You will likely get spill from noise from headphones, other drums or other instruments being recorded in the room. This can be helped this is what i did to mine...

Just make sure you don't select to delete project/audio folders or better still back them up. Also check your taskmanager for CPU usage and try a spyware/antivirus scan. If that does nothing just check your settings and if still nothing a full reinstall might work.

I use both PC (home) MAC (College) and my PC is more reliable. Logic always crashes its not like they are bad systems either. Neither are connected to the internet. I find PC's with no intrnet access well maintained and properly used is the best sollution. Hell my pc was £500 from toys r us...

yeah I was hoping someone else had ideas but i'll just keep at it myself i'm not doing bad so far, i managed to get a good guitar sound through the line in by using a gate to reduce all the sound card noises.
