What sort of file are you exporting for Sonar? is it a Raw wav or a broadcast wav etc etc. You may wish to try broadcast wav. Or heck if wav's are being an issue try exporting a Aiff and try loading it into recycle. Worse come to worse try e-mailing Propellerheads. Cheers!
