So, PG are in or out. It doesn't matter that much what you recorded on. I Doubt anyone uses only Cakewalk if they have a choice. We all have our different ways to get to the finished product, but Cakewalk does fit into the equation. I just thought it would be fun BBlak

Open to all who are interested.....

I frequently visit another BBS for the Roland VS-840 and in doing so, I read a posting that I thought would be an excellent idea. What they are doing is collecting a finished copywrighted song from members who are interested, and putting them together to make a compilation. No particular...

    Track two slower than one...?

I have to agree with torpid-x, this site is more addictive than crack. Anyway, I love Cakewalk and I had a lot of problems early on too, but believe me, it gets better. One thing I would suggest is you might want to try getting a new sound card. I'm not too familiar with that card you have...

    Help.....Projects dissappeared

I figured it out. Al I had to do is go to each file and rename it. I just had to change ~ to a V to spell wav and it changed to an actual wav. It takes a while to import them all, but it was well worth it. BBlak [This message has been edited by BBlak (edited 06-27-2000).]

    External Mixer??????

I recently talked to a friend who says that he read something about a external roland mixer that would work with Cakewalk 9, thus eliminating the need for the keyboard or mouse. Sounds excellent, but has anyone heard anything about it? I hate using the mouse. BBlak

Does anyone use ProAudio 9 with Wave Lab 2.0

I've been running ProAudio 8 and mixing down to Wave Lab for mastering. When I upgraded to ProAudio 9, Wavelab locks up. So back to 8 I go, unless someone has a suggestion. BBlak
