Is there an easy way to split a stereo track into 2 monos, or do you need to do 2 bounces? (drum overheads I sent someone as one stereo track....)

So I tried to learn something in 2 weeks. :D Not The Man This is with 2 room mics...I only have 2 inputs on my pre. :o Guitar is also the same 2 mics, and bass is through a POD.
