i recorded a rythm that sounded to me to be in timing . but when i tried to layer a backing rythym (that was slightly different) they were out of sync . is there a way to clean up or snap audio to fit a timing criteria if it is slightly out bcause cutting and pasting is very hard this way.

i made my own drum track using drum session and saved it. then i made a n audio recorded lead that goes with it but whe n i called out the file or converted it to mp3 the drum track didnt go along with it HEEELLPPP

Im running from guitar to amp(Peavey Bandit 112) then to mic to Traynor YVM Mixer (old) then to Sound Blaster Live card I was told that with this card and cakewalk i could get good recordings there not bad but the levels are retardedly low whats the point if u cant crank your own tunes...
