any 2 connectors + sheild cable will do. Though you will get better results with higher quality cabling. Hope this helps

where are you, in the states, overseas, in canada? It can make a lot of difference on the price you pay, since shipping is oftenly a great deal of the price. I can make cables, so can a lot of people on this board, some are willing to do it for others for a little price (I sure could) some don't...
